What is a generic and why is it so cheap?
Generic is a copy of the original product, which is released by well-known Indian pharmaceutical companies. They always acquire patents, strictly control the production process, ensuring that the composition of each generic is identical to the original. And the low price is due to the fact that these companies should not conduct advertising campaigns worth several million dollars, so they manage to save money, rather than overpay.
Do you sell brand medicines or generic pills?
We offer both generic and branded types of medication. You may order any version, though generic production is many times cheaper due to the lack of promotions, which inflates the cost of a good. Generic brands are designed to be substitutes for more expensive brand-name goods.
Why does the shape of the pill differ from the shape of the branded one?
Shapes differ for exactly the same reason as listed in the question above. The shape of the pill is the intellectual property of the manufacturer and reproducing it will qualify as a breach of copyright as well.
Why does the name printed on the pill differ from the branded one?
The name you see printed on the pill is the active ingredient used there. The contents of generic pills are absolutely the same as in the branded versions. The only difference is in the name. Manufacturers of generic drugs cannot use brand names on their pharmaceuticals as that would be the breach of copyright while using the well known ingredients is absolutely legal.
Who produces drugs and are they approved by the FDA?
All generics that are sold in our online pharmacy are tablets made by official Indian pharmaceutical companies. They supply such medicines to many countries. The products we sell are manufactured and shipped from India. All of them are approved by INDIAN FDA for export.
In what form is the order delivered?
All orders are delivered in opaque packaging without any inscriptions.
What is your privacy policy?

Rest assured that our online ordering system uses the latest security encryption technology to ensure the confidentiality of your personal data and your credit card information. All of our computer systems undergo regular security checks to ensure that our ordering system is properly protected.
Is there a guarantee of product quality?
Our pharmacy guarantees the high quality of each drug. We always make sure that all our products are fully consistent with state standards. We also remind customers that some scammers may be called by the name of the pharmacy and sell fakes. To distinguish it from a quality generic, you need to look at the packaging. The original product is always in a thick, opaque envelope and instructions must be attached to it.
How methods can I pay for an order? Do you accept cheques, Paypal, cash?
We accept only credit cards, E-Checks and Cryptocurrencies. This way we can process your order within a very short period of time. As soon as your payment is approved by our processing centre, your merchandise is ready to be packed and sent out.
What credit cards do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard and AmEx.
When will my credit card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged as soon as your order has been processed and accepted by our billing department.
To what countries do you ship?
We ship worldwide.
How do you ship orders?
We can offer 2 shipping methods at the moment: EMS Delivery and Airmail Delivery.
Do you have any age restriction?
Unfortunately, we do not sell the goods to persons less than 18 years old.
When will my package arrive?
We offer two types of delivery - Airmail (US Postal Service for USA customers) and Courier Delivery. The usual waiting time for Airmail shipping is 2-3 weeks (package may be delivered earlier). The EMS Courier Delivery waiting period is 5-7 business days.
May I change the type of shipping?
Packages are sent within 24 hours after order placement. If you decide to change the shipping type, please contact our support department. There is no way to change delivery type, when the package has already been sent.
What if my order is delayed at customs?
If you have any problems with getting your order, please let us know and we will resolve the problem.
What am I to do if the package is damaged?
In this case you are to contact our support team and notify of the problem. We will either resend the package or refund your payment. See our policies section.
I haven't received a confirmation mail. Why?
There may be two reasons. You may have provided incorrect e-mail address during order procedure. Also confirmation email might have been blocked by spam filter. Your mailbox may be also overfilled.
My payment is declined. What is the reason?
Please, make sure, you have provided the correct payment information, your credit card company allows you to make online payments and there are enough funds to cover the current transaction.
Will I have to sign for the package?
If you are not at home at the time of delivery and there's nobody to sign instead, you will be left a notice to collect the package at your local post office.
I received one part of the order, where is the rest?
If you have placed a large order, we may have divided it into to several packages during shipping. Please, wait for the other package arrival.
I have waited for the stated time period and haven't received my package.
Airmail shipping shouldn't take more than 3 weeks and Courier over 10 days. If you still haven't received the package, please contact your post office, the package may be there. If there is still no package, please contact our shipping department.
